The new information pursuant to art. 13-14 EU/2016/679 Reg., known as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), in all member states of the European Union and has modified the previous regulations on the processing of personal data. Woodword is required to disclose this information in order to make its users aware of all the rights recognized regarding the protection of personal data. In relation to the content of the information, it will be required to give consent to the processing, transfer and communication of personal data for the purposes indicated in detail below. The granting or not of consent will entail the consequences specifically indicated in point 7 of this information.

3. Purpose of the processing

Pursuant to the information to art. 13-14 EU Reg. 2016/679 (GDPR), Woodword is required to inform you that all data concerning the customer/user provided by it and all data that may be provided later, will be used for the purposes of:

a) fulfill fiscal, civil, administrative obligations aimed at managing the relationships established with www.mensoleonline.com and the services provided by the same;
b) sale and delivery of products and services. The personal data provided by users are used to receive and manage orders, provide products and services, process payments, ship with couriers and communicate with customers regarding their orders, products, services;
c) provide chat line and newsletter service as well as with reference to any other service offered and provided in favor of the subjects registered with the www.mensoleonline.com community that is necessary for the performance of the relationship itself;
d) perform assistance and technical information functions, relating to the services and products covered by the activity of www.mensoleonline.com and to verify the satisfaction of these;
e) carry out analyzes, market surveys and statistics, to detect the degree of satisfaction of customers/users and their preferences, in relation to the services object of the activity of www.mensoleonline.com, of affiliated, connected, controlled companies, of commercial partners, advertisers of www.mensoleonline.com;
f) performance, including sending e-mails, text messages, post and other means of communication and data transmission, of prize games, drawings and promotional initiatives in general, in the interest and for the benefit of registered customers/users;
g) processing of the data provided by the customer/registered user and of those inferred from his navigation on the website www.mensoleonline.com to identify the commercial profile and to use this for marketing, advertising, promotional and commercial purposes both of www.mensoleonline.com that of affiliated, connected, controlled companies, commercial partners, advertisers of www.mensoleonline.com with a link on the website www.mensoleonline.com.

4. Legal basis and purpose of the processing - Methods of data collection

a) consent of the interested party; are the data entered on the website by customers;
b) respond to requests from the interested party; or personal data expressly communicated by customers for information or orders over the phone or in chat;
c) data collected automatically during navigation, through cookies (read cookies policy).

Personal data is collected in the following ways:

a) personal data entered on the website by users and/or customers: these are the personal data provided, by way of example and not exhaustive, to navigate, register and access the services and the service offered through the website itself;
b) personal data expressly communicated by users and / or customers in offline mode: personal data provided, by way of example, to customer service (in the event of a contact request);
c) personal data collected automatically by the website: personal data collected automatically by the website through, but not limited to, cookies (for more information, read cookies policy).

5. Profiling and other automated decision mechanisms

The data collected includes automated profiling processes, this means that it will be possible to collect some information related to product and purchase preferences for the sole purpose of offering a better browsing experience.

6. Processing methods

The methods of data processing and communication are carried out in close connection with the purposes set out in point 3 and the relative consent, by means of suitable tools to guarantee their security and confidentiality pursuant to Title V, Chapters I and II of the Code. They can also be fulfilled through electronic tools at the headquarters of the Data Controller. The treatment will also take place through a process that allows to detect the user's attitudes expressed through a navigation (cookies). Cookies are information sent to the user's browser by a Web server which are saved on the user's PC hard drive; cookies help to improve the navigability of the website, to offer personalized services and to allow the user to subscribe to the community of www.mensoleonline.com. The user can choose not to accept the cookies sent by changing the settings of his browser so that it refuses all cookies, or he can have the browser show when a cookie has been sent, so that he can decide whether to receive it or not. If the user chooses not to accept these cookies, navigation on the website www.mensoleonline.com may be limited and some features may not work as they should. The data will be stored at the Woodword headquarters, based in Via Sardegna, 26 20015 Parabiago (Milano) or in the place where the service provider's hosted servers reside.

7. Provision of data and consequences

The provision of data that may be requested by Woodword and the related consent to the processing, communication and transfer, for the narrow purposes referred to in point 3, letters a) to d), are mandatory for the execution of the relationship. Any refusal to provide the requested data or to give the relative consent to the processing, communication and transfer, would result in the failure to establish the relationship and the impossible execution of contractual and legal obligations connected to the relationship itself. The provision of data that may be requested by www.mensoleonline.com and the relative consent to the processing, communication and transfer, for the sole purposes referred to in point 3, letters from e) to g) are optional. The refusal, however, could make it impossible to achieve the purpose itself.

8. Consequences in case of refusal

In case of refusal to consent to the data for the purposes indicated in point 3, it follows that the www.mensoleonline.com service cannot be performed.

As regards the marketing activities indicated in point 3, letter f, this results in the impossibility of receiving information related to commercial information.

9. Recipients of the processing

Employees, collaborators, third party IT service providers, technical and commercial third parties.

Personal data are processed by Woodword and/or by third parties, selected for reliability and competence, and to which they can be communicated as necessary or appropriate, as long as within Italy or the European Union.

In particular, it informs users that personal data may be processed by, and/or communicated to:

- Woodword employees and/or collaborators;
- Third party service providers necessary to guarantee the functioning of the website (by way of example: company that deals with hosting services);
- Third parties suppliers of services necessary for the use of the service (e.g. payment managers);
- Administrative authorities for sales management and related accounting;
- Third parties who provide website navigation data analysis services;
- Subject to the optional consent of the user and/or customer, third parties that provide automatic services for sending newsletters and/or any other type of commercial communication, marketing services, promotion, analysis of habits and consumption choices, profiling.

10. Website security measures

Woodword uses security services to preserve the data provided by customers during registration and purchase. For this purpose, protection measures are adopted in the authentication phase to verify the actual ownership of the user.

11. Place of processing

The data will be stored at the Woodword operational headquarters, or in the place where the service provider's hosted servers reside.

12. Data retention

Personal data will be processed for the time strictly necessary for the purposes mentioned and / or for the fulfillment of regulatory obligations. Should the user deny consent to cookies or other commercial services, the information will be deleted.

Personal data will be stored according to the following criteria:

- for a period of time not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed;
- for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the fulfillment of regulatory obligations.

They will also be stored in order to allow you to continuously use the service offered by www.mensoleonline.com.

13. Privacy rights of the interested party

In accordance with art. 7 of the Code, the interested party has the following rights. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:

a) the origin of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of processing;
c) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identity of the owner and managers;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as managers or agents.

The interested party has the right to obtain:

a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in the aforementioned letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment is revealed impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means with respect to the protected right.

The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:

a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
